Mr. Washington is a visionary, business/community leader, and works hard to help the people of South Carolina develop strong businesses which in turn support strong families and communities.

Mission Statement

CEC's mission is to promote and encourage a successful entreprenurial attitude among small and minority-owned businesses. And to assist in developing an entreprenurial spirit in the youths of this state through education, training, and public/private partnerships.
